Our job is to deliver expert, online training to parents, carers and frontline staff. To make them feel heard, understood and empowered to create better outcomes for themselves and the children in their care.
We have lived experience in residential youth care, extensive trauma counselling backgrounds and have trained over 20,000 people using highly effective, evidence-based mental health improvement strategies.
Our goal is to improve the mental health, well-being, safety and effectiveness of the people we train. Positively contribute to the young person's outcomes by up-skilling the key people around them and equip businesses to attract and retain quality staff and carers.

Corporate Packages
Corporate packages can be purchased as a minimum block of 10 registrations and then built on with individual memberships from there. Participants names are not required at the time of invoicing so packages can be built into your budget and then allocated out to parents and carers as needed. There is no end date to our services and parents can join any of the purchased programs, including the live programs, when it suits them. We currently run the Autism program live six times per year.

Our Happy Parents
This is the third, possibly fourth time I have enjoyed the start of the program. I tend to get a little further each time. Our daughter experienced significant early childhood trauma and I am finding the material equally beneficial when dealing with her emotions as I am our son with ASD/ADHD. Next week we are welcoming a 15 month old into the house. We couldn’t have done it this time last year but course by course our house has become so much more happier and functional.
