It’s not just drugs and alcohol, or nicotine and caffeine you need to be wary of getting addicted to.   It’s your emotions!

Most people do not even know that you can be addicted to your emotions.  You are so used to being pissed off, sad, anxious, lonely, depressed or resentful, that you don’t even know how to live without it anymore.

Today’s video is going to help you understand how easily you can become addicted to your emotions, and what you need to do to start retraining your mind and body to be addicted to feelings of happiness, appreciation and joy again.
