Recognise thoughts that lead to anger and understand the story behind the emotion. Getting angry doesn’t make you a bad parent. You just need to understand where it comes from. You’ll learn how to become aware of the thoughts causing your anger and why you might continually go from zero to 100 in these frustrating moments.


Shift your perspective

Designed to be flexible

We know it’s unrealistic for you to take time out for yourself, especially for 28 days in a row. You can do our course on your phone – and you can just listen rather than commit to sitting down and watching the content.

Delivered in bite-size pieces

Each day’s tool only takes 10 to 15 minutes and you’ll watch a weekly video that runs for 30 minutes to an hour. It’s less than three hours per week.

We provide an invoice for this program to claim under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living budget (Parent & Carer Training). 


If you are self-managed you can use the information on this invoice to make your claim via either the NDIS or MyGov portal and then pay us after reimbursement via direct debit.


If you are plan-managed, we will send this invoice directly to the accounts/invoicing email of your plan manager for payment on your behalf.


**Please note - Unfortunately, we cannot invoice to your child's plan if you are directly managed by the NDIA 'Agency-managed' as we are a non-registered NDIS Service Provider.
