Learn how to put an end to your Postnatal Depression
As a former postnatal depression sufferer and now professional life coach, I want to share my proven recovery methods with you… so you can live the happy, joy-filled life you deserve!
Mums and dads,
Are you happy right now? Or… do you feel like there’s a dark cloud hanging over you?
Do you feel like you’re constantly battling negative thoughts… and they’re making you feel overwhelmed and depressed?
Do you often find yourself with feelings of hopelessness, despair, or sadness? Are you frustrated because it causes such a burden and pain in your everyday life?
Do you find yourself with low energy and find it tough to get motivated to do what you need or want to do?
Do you get angry or even lash out, for no apparent reason, at your kids or other loved ones?
If you’re a parent who feels alone and in a very dark place right now… then chances are you may be suffering from postnatal depression.
And believe it or not, this happens to mums AND dads more than you think. It’s quite common and it doesn’t mean you’re crazy.
More importantly, I want to show you the way out of the dark place you’re in right now.
And I want you to know that…
Hi. My name is Jackie Hall – mum, parenting coach, five-time author, creator of the Parental Stress Centre and professional life coach specialising in stress, depression and anxiety.
I’ve been where you are right now. I’ve personally been on the roller coaster of loving parenthood one minute… and hating it the next. I’ve felt that pressure of trying to do it all, live up to my own expectations and the expectations of others, only to feel like I’m failing at it all. I’ve felt the repetitive effect of continually beating yourself up and feeling like nothing you ever do is good enough.
I can relate to how you feel.
I know from personal experience how frustrating it can be to live in constant sadness and feelings of being all alone. And I also know what it’s like to live with the vicious cycle of anger, self-criticism, guilt, and overwhelm… feeling like the worst parent in the world because of it.
I personally know how this can cause immense pain for you and for your loved ones who feel powerless as to how to help you.
You see… six months after the birth of my second son, I found myself suffering from postnatal depression.
And it caused me to feel so sad and alone all the time.
As time went on, it only got worse because life seemed to become nothing more than a vicious circle.
I dreaded things like getting up at the crack of dawn, dealing with tantrums from my 16-month old, crying from my six-month old, and all the other new demands that were placed on me. I felt like I was isolated from all of the things that I had once enjoyed.
On a bad day, my anger would lead to sudden outbursts in front of my children, where I would yell and scream and throw things around, until I’d notice the horrified looks on their little faces.
I’d literally be brought to my knees in tears with guilt and self-hatred over my behaviour. I couldn’t believe how bad of a parent I felt I had become.
But one day something happened that sent me on a mission to find help for my postnatal depression, and it completely changed my life.
During an angry outrage over one of my kids’ whining, I slammed a knife on the bench so hard… it bounced off and narrowly missed my then two-year-old’s head.
Completely shocked, I fell apart. I couldn’t handle it anymore. “I HATE MY LIFE” I screamed, as I ran crying to my room – all with my six month old still on my hip.
I honestly felt like…
I was the worst parent in the world. In truth, I was trapped in a dark place I couldn’t get myself out of…
I felt broken. I hated myself for what had happened. “Who does this?” I thought. “What sort of mother am I?”
And then, something strange happened. Right in the middle of that breakdown… right in the middle of those tears… I had an epiphany from out of nowhere.
Two very distinct sentences entered my mind in that exact moment. It said:
I realized that if I didn’t do something for myself and learn how to make these changes… I’d be stuck feeling like this forever. And there was simply NO WAY I could deal with that happening.
So I went on a personal mission, and spent hours and hours investigating how I could stop my postnatal depression by devouring resource after resource on postnatal depression, regular depression, how to attain happiness, and more.
I began observing my behaviour, recognising the thinking that led to my behaviour and began applying different techniques and processes to facilitate the change of my feelings and behaviour.
As changes began to occur I became aware that there were 5 specific steps that I was using over and over again that were stopping me from heading down into those vicious and repetitive feelings that had consumed me.
After recovering from my depression, I then trained with the Anti-depression Association of Australia (ADAA) and now work with clients everyday dealing with stress, depression, anxiety and drug and alcohol addictions.
I want you to know that there is something you can do about your stress, depression and/or anxiety.
I’m living proof of that and see it everyday in my work, so my program comes from both my professional and personal approach .
I know what it feels like to be stressed and emotionally drained from postnatal depression.
And I don’t want anyone to have to live through that.
This program was born from many clients voicing the same thing – “Nothing seems to be working”. “Traditional therapy is not enough.”
Not enough time to get to an appointment with a therapist, too difficult to go anywhere with the kids, too much time in between appointments and not enough support or information to get through until the next appointment, are just some of the comments I keep hearing about traditional therapies. Often it was also, quite simply, parents are scared of the stigma associated with even admitting they are struggling and aren’t getting any help at all.
I knew there needed to be an online, completely anonymous way for parents to be able to get the help I was teaching clinically. I still wanted to offer full support, but I wanted to create a program that was directed to parents who were time poor, or who were afraid to admit they needed help (if this is you, don’t feel bad, I was one of those too).
Fundamentally, what this program is about, is educating you with the tools you need to stop your own stress, depression and anxiety as a parent and in life.
Notice that I said EDUCATE YOU, not fix you, heal you or cure you. I am not promising miraculous or super quick recoveries, because they simply don’t exist. It took time for you to get to this point, so it’s going to take time and support to help you through to the other side of your depression.
What you will get though, is a thorough and specific understanding of your unique depression and why it has occurred in your life as well as the information you will need to apply to your life to recover from depression.
What makes this program different, is not because the information is ground breakingly new and never heard of before, but because of the way it is packaged and delivered to you in an easy-to-remember format and because you get personalised support the whole way through.
What you learn from this program empowers you with the ability to apply just one easy-to use tool with just five steps that you can apply to every situation that occurs in parenthood and in life, keeping YOU in the driver’s seat of your emotions and reactions to life’s events.
“I am really enjoying the program so far… I’ve just completed week 4 and it’s given me so much hope that I can finally take responsibility for my thoughts and get better. Counselling seemed like dragging up issues, and medication felt like masking the pain. Finally something practical that I can use. I love how it is broken down into manageable sections and literally takes 5 minutes a day. Zac sat next to me and played happily with his cars while I completed the lesson – that’s how easy it is to find the time.
Kara – Ballarat, Victoria
But before I go on about the program, there are a few fundamental truths you need to know about Postnatal Depression:
I know that the above statement may be challenging for you to hear, because this is what the medical industry primarily focus on.
And just to be clear, you will never hear me debate the chemical imbalance in the brain occuring in depression, because this is a scientific fact. However, have you ever wondered how that chemical imbalance suddenly occurred?
Why does someone just ‘get’ depression or why do some people experience it for just short periods of time, and some for most of their life? Is it really that your brain is ‘malfunctioning’ or because you have just had a baby? Or is there something else underlying it? If it has something to do with the hormones after having a baby, why is it that men are starting to be diagnosed with it too, or why does a parent still suffer parental depression years into becoming a parent?
What you may not know is that before the physical symptoms of depression occurred (ie the imbalance) there was first a mental similarity that occurs for ALL sufferers of depression. This common thread has been in EVERY SINGLE client that I have ever worked with and my program will teach you to identify this common thread in your own self and identify how it has spiralled into you now experiencing depression. Furthermore I will also show you how to change this mental aspect so that your body has a chance at regaining its natural equilibrium.
I’m sure you have probably heard the concept that “Thoughts create feelings”, or if you haven’t, you’re about to.
It is common for people to say that your thinking is what causes your depression and this can often leave you feeling guilty, stupid and doing it all ‘wrong’……again.
I want to help you to understand this more clearly.
Our thoughts actually do create feelings. These feelings then lead to subsequently creating physical responses in our bodies. This is the reality of how the brain functions. It’s a concept The Parental Stress Centre refers to as your evaluation process and is the underlying concept behind all of our products.
Think about a spider for example. Seeing one (or having one land on your shoulder) may cause fear, which causes the chemical reaction of adrenaline to be produced. It wasn’t the spider that caused this, it was what you were thinking and believing about the spider that caused the physical reaction in the body (ie adrenaline production).
If it were the spider than that would mean that everyone who experienced a spider would have this same reaction, yet we know that isn’t always the case.
Apply that same analogy to depression and I can show you that it works exactly the same. How you are perceiving life has a common thread that lies behind all depression, causing the physical imbalance in the brain and this perception of life was first present BEFORE the chemical imbalance occurred.
In my postnatal depression recovery program I teach you how to change this thinking.
However…… I don’t want you to think for a second that I am blaming you for how you think, or telling you that you are doing something ‘wrong’. Because that could not be further from the truth.
First of all, there is no right or wrong thinking. There’s just thinking that produces reactions in the body that we know of as ‘good feelings’ and there is thinking that produces ‘painful feelings’. I want to EDUCATE YOU on how to apply the thinking that will change how you feel about life as a parent, and in general.
Secondly, there is a very scientific explanation as to why you think the way you do and why change is not just about logically ‘thinking positively’. Your depression-causing thinking dates right back to a very young age where you naively gained inaccurate perceptions about life and self-worth from your environment, which have formed physical neural connections in the brain that now act as habitual thinking patterns.
This program will teach you how to identify the specific thinking that underlies your stress, depression and anxiety and how it has been set up….and you don’t need to have had a traumatic childhood in order to have gained these depressive thinking patterns. (The understanding of the specific thinking patterns that underlie YOUR depression will happen in the first week of this program!)
“I have never really read anything like this. It made me realize how much judgement I have in my life. And that my mood is determined by my ‘get my life right’ model. It’s nice to accept myself and know I have implicit value despite my output.”
Lisa – Glen Iris, Victoria
If you are suffering from postnatal depression and are already on medication and treatment plans, I want you to stay with those programs and use what I teach alongside those treatment plans. They will not conflict with this program (In fact I’ve never seen this information conflict with any other methodology or practice, because it’s all factual, reality based information that fits in with ALL belief systems).
If you find that you are having transforming results on this program and wish to alter your traditional treatment plan, then this can then be discussed with your current healthcare professional.
If you haven’t been diagnosed with postnatal depression but are still feeling all the symptoms of postnatal depression, then not only do I suggest using this program, but also aligning it with traditional treatment.
I can’t see the severity of your depression from this side of the computer, nor am I a doctor, so it’s possible that you may need medical treatment. In some cases, postnatal depression sufferers need medication in order to get to a level where they can receive the information I’m offering and have the clarity of mind to start applying this information and challenging the thinking behind those ‘painful feelings’.
If you are feeling suicidal, then I suggest you get off this computer immediately and seek help through your nearest suicide hotline, tell someone around you so they can help, or take yourself to a hospital. I want you to get help immediately.
In a nutshell, yes it will, but you need to understand one thing…
You MUST apply the information taught, consistently and repetitively to your life. Mental change never occurs because of information itself, you’ve probably experienced that already (ever read a self-help book, felt great afterwards, but a week later you are back where you started?).
Your current habitual thinking patterns were set up due to experiencing the same information over and over again (which usually happens as a child) which has physically formed neural connections in the brain that are now triggered by your current circumstances.
There was a physical process that occurred to set up your current belief system and there will be an equally physical process involved in changing that belief system. You will require commitment, application of the information learnt through this program and practice, practice, practice. This is why I offer full support every step of the way to help you to do this.
There are no quick fixes for depression, but what you will find in this program is practical, progressive lessons and support that will gently guide you to feeling better and better about your life. And with consistent application of the tool that I teach, many clients find that they overcome depression altogether.
You will find that gradually you will start to notice yourself handling the challenges in your life easier, calmer, happier and with a completely different perspective.
Here’s what you’ll notice after using the Postnatal Depression Recovery Program:
- RELIEF as you discover there is a way to change the way you feel about yourself and your life.
- An UNDERSTANDING of why you got PND in the first place (in fact it will make perfect sense to you after completing the first week’s lesson!)

- Some lessons are taught via video – Lessons sometimes contain videos to show you a visual explanation of the method.
- It’s time friendly – Knowing how parents are often short on time, your readings only take a maximum of 15-25 minutes each day. And just one hour is all that’s needed for your end of week exercise. Breaking it down this way helps you fit it in with the demands of your day.
- You only have to remember five steps – The best part of this program is that you’ll be learning a simple, easy 5-step process that will help you to handle every challenge that you come across both in parenting and in life and you will be shown many different ways that this simple process can be applied.

I have done other ‘self-help’ stuff which has been great but is more time consuming so it is nice just to have something to refer to quickly and to have a greater awareness of why I get frustrated with some situations.”
Kate – Scarborough, WA, Australia
A sad reality is that a lot of self-help information can cost you an arm and a leg, leaving many people unable to afford genuine help.
I know that many families are surviving on only one income when their kids are young and I wanted to make this completely affordable for parents to receive this information.
I’m not going to hype up the price of it, or make you feel guilty for not signing up. I’m not going to make you feel like you’re missing out like the usual marketing ploys do.
I’m simply going to say that this method works, it is reality based (so it won’t conflict with your moral or religious beliefs) and it is completely supportive and non-judgmental regardless of your circumstances.
You will get all the information and support you need for just $19.95 per week.
What’s more… you are NOT locked into the full 12 weeks; you can stop at any time if your financial situation changes, or it’s not working for you.
You know… I’m very confident this postnatal depression recovery program will give you the information you need to make significant changes to your life.
I’ve already tested and proven it with my own success and with clients everyday who are applying this information to their lives.
But even so, I want to eliminate all worry and risk for you about spending this money on yourself (as I know parents often feel guilty doing that too).
If you go ahead and sign up for this program, I will give you 60 days to try it out, with a money back guarantee that you will get the information you need to change.
As I said in the beginning, this program was written with integrity and honesty, and I see the results that is has for people, so I’m quite confident that I will be able to give you the information you need to change.
If you aren’t getting anything from this program after 60 days, I don’t want to take your money. My intention is to help you to be able to live a happier, more fulfilled life, free from the suffering of postnatal depression and if you don’t feel you are moving towards these goals, then I don’t wish to take your money and I will refund 100% of your purchase price.

“My eyes and mind have been opened to a new way of thinking about being a ‘mum’ but most of all it was great to get support and realise that I was not alone in feeling like I did, it has put me on the right path of becoming a happier mum.”
J.Selby, mother of 2, Harrington Grove, NSW
One more final point before I end this article….
This program is all about YOU. I won’t tell you how to control your child’s behaviour (there are plenty of resources that will attempt to address that endless topic) nor will I teach you to try and control life’s events. The reality is that you will always experience life’s ups and downs and parenthood is no different.
What can change, though, is your perception of those events, and that’s exactly what I want to help you with.
Self-help is a massive industry, however not many resources are teaching it in the context of parenthood specifically, and that’s exactly why I created this program for you. This information wasn’t around when I needed it, so I decided to create it for others who are experiencing the pain I was too.
There IS a way out of parental stress, depression and anxiety and you now have a completely, financially risk-free way of learning it.
So right now you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
If you have resonated with anything that you’ve read on this page, then you owe it to yourself to invest in this information that could just change your life (as it has already done with many other parents).
Here’s what to do now: Click the “Buy Now” button below and order via credit card or through paypal (you don’t have to have an account) and you’ll be downloading the log in information in just a minute!
P.S. Sadly, so many parents will go about their lives without experiencing the happiness and peace of mind they deserve. They’re too busy giving to others… and not to themselves.
I don’t want you to be one of them. It’s important you feel GOOD – it’s important you’re happy!
Just think of how you’ll feel when you’re finally free from the feelings of sadness, despair, and emptiness and how your life will be when you feel like you’re FINALLY the parent you know you can be.
You’ll feel more like yourself… like you’ve finally gotten your life back. You’ll be happy and free.
P.P.S. And remember, there’s absolutely no risk for trying this out. If it’s not for you, you can get your money back quickly and easily. So don’t you owe it to yourself to at least try it?
Don’t delay. Order now and you can be receiving this program in less than a minute.
