Here’s how the next four weeks will roll out:

Week One (31st March – 6th April) – Understanding your anger
We can’t change what we don’t acknowledge. We need to become aware of where we are presently before we can
begin to change it.
This week is about explaining the real cause of your anger/frustration and how to recognise the specific thinking that causes your stress. You’ll be surprised to learn that it’s not your child’s behaviour, or any other event.
Week Two (7th April – 13th April) – The Shift to Reality
After learning how to recognise the rogue thoughts underlying your stress, this week teaches you how to
change this thinking. You will learn how to accept the reality of the challenging events and shift your perspective of the situation away from stressful thoughts.
Week Three (14th April – 20th April)- Let’s get solution-focussed
This week, as you may guess, is all about solutions! We so often look for what we aren’t getting and how bad things
are, but we are not often looking for what to do about these situations.
Week Three is about learning new ways of responding to those little instances that end up sending us over the
edge. It’s also about seeking out solutions to those bigger behavioural issues that can be quite frustrating.
Week Four (21st April – 27th April) – The Continual Road to Successful Tame Your Temper Parenting
Finally, we get to our last week, where I will introduce you to my 5-step Mind TRACK to Happiness Process that you can apply to ANY situation that causes you stress. It’s a great tool, no matter what is happening in your life –regarding parenthood, or any other event.

1st session will be held on Tuesday 8th April
Every Tuesday at 8pm AEST (Sydney/Melbourne time) Jackie Hall will be ready to take your personalised questions. This live chat session will be held like a webinar, where you can either speak with Jackie or type in your questions. Unfortunately not all questions will be able to be answered due to the large amount of participants. We recommend emailing Jackie with your questions prior to the session to firstname.lastname@example.org to increase your chances of having your question answered.
All live chat sessions will be recorded so those who are unable to attend can listen at a later date, however if you ask a question, your details will never be made identifiable. Whenever questions are being answered only first names will be used and any rare and identifiable first names can be given an alias.
Meet your group members who are also challenging themselves to Tame their Temper. Support each other. Share your experiences. Let them know how you’re doing – the highs, the lows, the challenges you’re facing. You may even like to ask them a question about something you’re going through to see if anyone else can relate.
This is a friendly, non-judgmental place to share your Challenge experience with other people on the same journey as you. Any nasty posts will be deleted immediately and any ongoing nastiness by any member will see them deleted from access to the support forum altogether.
